You can cancel your membership at anytime! Here’s how to submit a cancellation request:


Month to Month Memberships

If you’d like to cancel your month to month membership please reach out to support@crystalwellnessclub.com or click the “get in touch” link at the bottom of this article.

To cancel before you are renewed for the next box, please reach out to us prior to the next renewal date on the 6th of each month*


If your membership has already renewed and you'd like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request cancellation by the 15th of the month to be eligible for a refund. Please note that you may be asked to confirm cancellation or to clarify your account details, so it is safest to email us as early as possible. 


IF YOU ARE NOT CANCELED BY THE FIFTEENTH DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH'S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.

3, 6, or 12 Month Renewing Memberships

If you wish to cancel your pre-paid (3 month, 6 month, or 12 month) subscription you may do so at anytime. However, we do not offer refunds on pre-paid subscriptions. Cancelling your pre-paid subscription will disable the auto-renewal feature on your account, but will not affect your current one. For example, if you have a 3 month subscription and canceled after the second month, your third package would be your final shipment.
